Sensory Explorers 

This 8 week group aims to support you child to develop more awareness of their body and their sensory systems. Each week a different sense will be explored to support bodily awareness as well as developing new strategies that your child can take away and use in the future.

Throughout the course there is a focus on opportunities to experience playful movement, and body scanning to support development of acceptance of body sensations, together with the benefits of breath control for relaxation.
